We set it up for you
We configure Orbit AI for you — on a compact Raspberry Pi, or hosted in the cloud. Your choice.
The £495 setup fee covers either option:
- On a Raspberry Pi we configure and ship to you — no separate hosting fee, ever.
- In the cloud, with a provider of your choice (we recommend Cloudflare) — this adds its own monthly hosting fee, which depends on who you host with.
- We install, configure and test everything for you
- Runs on a small, quiet Raspberry Pi, or hosted in the cloud — whichever suits you
- Up to 50,000 emails a month included, via Resend
- AI usage (ChatGPT) covered as part of your monthly fee

Ongoing support is a separate contract, handled through Orbit itself.
Every plan includes support to get you set up. After that, if you'd like continued help — troubleshooting, priority response times, regular check-ins — it's available as its own support contract. Fittingly, we run it through Orbit's own support desk, the same tool your customers will be using.
A couple of things worth explaining.
What counts towards the AI and email allowance?
Every time Orbit drafts a reply, writes a page or sends a campaign, it uses a small amount of "AI thinking" — and, for emails, a send credit. Most small businesses never notice the limit; if you do, it's easy to add more.
Do I have to pay for AI at all?
Not if you don't want to. Self-host Orbit AI and you can connect it to a free, local AI engine like Ollama — running entirely on your own hardware, with no per-message fee. Prefer a hosted AI, or one of our managed plans instead? That's covered by the AI allowance in those prices.
